Our Team is made up of specialists in all fields surrounding real estate transactions. Team Leader David is a native New Yorker and moved to California in 1988. His background lies in several fields including financial planning, risk management, insurance & property management.In 1997 David purchased his first rental property in the Sacramento region and later the same year purchased his first vacation property. Since these two transactions, David has purchased and sold dozens of pieces of Investment Property.

In 2002 David relocated from Santa Clara to Roseville. In 2002, David obtained his Real Estate License, formed the Investment Team at SunCal Real Estate at and began to do what he loved best…..talking about and teaching Real Estate investing. In 2008 David took and passed his California State Real Estate Brokers Test. David currently has 2 designations, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and RDCPro (REO Default Certification). These certifications show David's committment to understanding and mastering the various distressed property markets (REO's and Short Sales).

Much of David’s time is spent in public education on topics ranging from buying your first home efficiently to building and managing multi million dollar real estate investment portfolios. David is also committed to the training and management of real estate agents. David always has an eye out for Real Estate investment opportunities in California and throughout the country.

In 2007, with a referral from a colleague that worked for Downey Savings Bank (Now US Bank), David was asked to help with the sales of Downey REO’s (Foreclosures) in the Sacramento area. This was a new challenge that appealed to David. In the past few years, David has become one of the top agents for Downey in the Sacramento area, becoming their go to guy in the area. David has established a successful system for prepping, marketing and selling REO’s. In 2008, David added Indymac Bank and Ocwen Loan Servicing to his list of corporate clients for which he sells REO's. In 2009, Brigton Real Estate Services was added to the list.

While not working in the real estate industry, David enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Robin live in Roseville with their two children ages 5 and 3. While not working or with the family, you will likely find David on a golf course working to get to a single digit handicap.
